Creating a cascade of harmonics over a dreamy drone of strummed strings, the Monochord is a unique and softly powerful instrument that supports intricate introspection and self-healing. In this restorative session, participants are invited to lay down on yoga mats and receive a group sound therapy treatment. Developed by the feeltone Company in Germany, this unique sound immersion utilizes a protocol designed to fully facilitate the listener through a profound experience arc. Joule will expertly play the feeltone Monolina monochord plus supplemental instruments to guide participants into a light trance state. Specific playing techniques support Theta-dominated brain waves, where the receiver is cradled by the sound so they may stay conscious without falling asleep. This allows listeners to commune deeply with their subconscious minds, experience deep states of rest and inner peace, and often return with astonishing insights from one’s inner depths that can be taken forward and integrated into daily life. The session concludes with Joule’s ethereal singing voice, as the group is sung back to a vibrant waking state to emerge refreshed and renewed.
Class Price: $50
Wearing eye masks, participants are invited to feel comfortable and unobserved, facilitated to freely sound with their voices in a way that is non-performative. This practice begins with floor work and a short sound meditation to prepare the body for deep listening. The group is next guided through a series of vocal toning explorations designed to slowly warm up and gently open the vocal instrument. This session is mindfully structured to take participants through a sequence starting with the awareness from inside the body moving outward, utilizing specific parameters that elicit creativity and freedom of expression. Through profound play, practitioners widen their permissions of what they thought was possible with their voice (and have lots of fun curiously experimenting).
Each session is a unique “explorience” co-created by the unique makeup of attendees of each session, such that participants may experience joy, a release of emotions and endorphins, and emerge from this practice feeling clear, energized and empowered to use their voices in their life and art.
Who this workshop is for:
Anyone wanting to learn to use their voice as a tool for self-regulation in a supportive non-confrontational setting. This class is supportive of those with vocal wounding, who feel disempowered about using their speaking or singing voices, who have been told they “can’t sing”, and/or who long to express themselves more freely. This class is also for trained singers and musicians who wish to learn to use their voices in new ways: opening up to freedom from the constraints of having to perform a certain vocal style, and re-directing the vocal focus from outward to inward in the service of self-healing. For all participants, this is a guided group vocal empowerment practice that will reveal surprising insights and new ways to vocalize.
Class Price: $35

Under the radiant Full Moon in Aries, just after the eclipses have stirred our souls, we gather to ignite our inner fire and reclaim our strength. Aries, the bold initiator, calls us to rise, to break free from what holds us back, and to step courageously into new beginnings.
Through movement, we awaken our bodies, shaking off the old to make space for the new. With each breath, we ground ourselves, finding clarity and stillness amidst the flames of transformation. The sacred resonance of sound will wash over us, harmonizing our energies and soothing our spirits.
In the quiet of reflection, we turn inward through journaling, letting the pen be our guide as we release, dream, and set bold intentions for what’s to come. Together, in a circle of community, we will witness and be witnessed—held in the safety of kindred souls as we journey forward.
Come as you are, ready to release, renew, and step deeper into the light of your true self.

Yoga Nidra is a great entry point for beginners, a restorative gem for busy global citizens, and most potent for those dedicated to their roles in life through the science of meditation. It is sublime. You can either release daily stress or refine your ability to sustain deep meditative states for longer periods.
The Sound Bowls serve as the appetizer and dessert, but the main course is your innate Loving Nature, along with the Disciplinary Tools passed down from masters to further reveal what is.
In this session, a subtle flow of sacred sounds helps remove the masks and armor we use to navigate the day. A gentle voice and an intentional map guide awareness through: the rivers of tissue in the body, the living ocean of breath, and the specific mechanism of imagination.
Reveal the agility of your awareness and observe the impermanence of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. Restore trust that we are here on Earth as humans to thrive and give back. With this practice, we learn how to navigate the thin line between being awake and asleep. Here lives the meditative state and the technology of acceptance.
Benefits include: Focus, Hope, Joy, Deep Rest. It offers relief from migraines, fear, self-judgment, and struggles (like finding a good parking spot). It supports digestive, menstrual, karmic, and sleep cycles. Anecdotal reports also suggest healing of migraines, TMJ, and the common tendency to fall asleep during actual meditation.
Class Price: $40
Rest is the best medicine. Enjoy the chance to: bathe in subtle and complex sound fields, observe deep vibrations dancing with gentle echoes, meditate on emptiness, reflect on your day and the to-dos of tomorrow, and self-heal. It’s a gentle flow to help you grow your loving nature, root yourself in truth, and let go of what no longer serves you. You’re invited to play in stillness, receive, and trust fate as we trust the floor to hold our path.
In this session, borrow strength from: sacred harmonies, the magic of single-pointed focus (Dharana), breathwork (Pranayama), absorbing insight and fostering virtue (Yamas), chilling with a blanky (Asana), eye masks (Pratyahara), the magic of resonance (Dhyana), and the unexpected gifts of dissonance (Niyamas).
The goal of this session is to prepare yogis for Samadhi: to familiarize people with the complete stillness of mind and body without sleep, and to help release karma internally so it doesn't manifest externally and affect others in the process. If liberation and enlightenment are your goals and you're still reading this, join us! If you find yourself succumbing to mental and physical stress and need a great chance to reset, restore, and relax—join us!
Benefits include: spacing the flowers out, letting go of stuck emotions, experiencing the body as the same size as the room, and hearing the sound of your heart's blossoms grow.
Class Price: $50

Kevin's Friday Evening Sound Meditation (60 mins) uses soothing soundscapes and gentle vibrations to calm the mind, release tension, and promote deep, restorative sleep. Perfect for easing into a peaceful night’s rest.
Join Sound Artist Joule L’Adara for heart sessions on Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15th in connection with the 23rd Annual World Sound Healing Day. On this day, many thousands of people around the world take part in a global gathering for 24 hours, with the intention to create cohesiveness with a focus on love of self, love of community, and healing for the planet. Joule will lead a participatory heart activation vocal toning the “Global Hh” sound, followed by a deep sound journey featuring the meditative monochord. The session concludes with Joule’s ethereal singing voice, with optional vocal participation by the audience in the end as the group is sung back to a vibrant waking state to emerge refreshed and renewed.

In this state, physical and emotional tension can be released. Sabine’s soundscapes offer space for feeling within stillness. Step into an evening of release, resonance, and renewal inside a magical sound studio. Over 90 minutes, you’ll be guided through an immersive journey designed to awaken the body, quiet the mind, and expand the heart.
Katia will open the experience with a powerful, trauma-informed breathwork practice—a dynamic blend of conscious breathing, gentle bodywork, and intuitive guidance. This practice helps dissolve layers of tension, soften the nervous system, and reconnect you with the deep intelligence of your own body.
Masha will layer the journey with the gong immersion and then lead an enveloping soundscape of singing bowls, chimes, and other overtone instruments, allowing vibrations to move through you like waves, supporting subtle energetic realignment and profound rest.
To close, we’ll offer space for reflection and journaling, inviting you to integrate insights with the prompts and ground the shifts you’ve experienced.
