Breathe, Stretch, Release (BSR) class will leave you feeling lighter and happier by clearing stagnant energy from the body.
Class is broken out into three parts:
1. Resistance Stretching for Tension Release
- Gentle, lengthening stretches to release physical tension.
- Focus on opening the body to prepare for breathwork.
- Encouraging relaxation and grounding before deeper energy work.
Benefits to resistance stretching: increases flexibility, enhances mobility in joints, reduces built up muscle tension, supports injury prevention and recovery.
2. Breathwork & Emotional Release
- Use of 2-part and circulatory breathing techniques
- Guided breath patterns to facilitate emotional and energetic release through headphones provided by the facilitator
- Supportive cues to help participants let go of what no longer serves them.
- 3. Reiki Healing & Guided Visualization
- Reiki-infused energy work to enhance relaxation and integration.
- Visualization techniques to deepen the experience and promote clarity.
- Closing with a moment of stillness, allowing participants to feel lighter and uplifted.
