Sound Meditation is an immersive experience crafted to surround you with soothing, cosmic vibrations, promoting inner work and deep relaxation.

The journey begins with a brief session of breathing exercises, accompanied by toning and vocalization, to attune the body for inward focus. Following this, you'll be guided through a sound experience featuring therapeutic sound instruments including gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and other overtone-rich tools including the feeltone monochord: a dronal instrument of strings that creates a cascade of ethereal harmonics.

The intention is to help participants achieve profound relaxation, connect more deeply with the unconscious and subconscious mind, break free from unwanted habitual patterns, foster positive cognitive changes, and bring the entire mind-body system into greater harmony.

In this special monthly sound collaboration event series, CLM Collective founder Gigi Corey plays together with Sounding Circles founder Joule L’Adara to offer an intricately woven sound tapestry created by sonic layering, call and response, and deep listening.

**For this Fall Equinox Weekend only, this event will feature a 60-inch Paise “Massively Big” Gong that produces unfathomably deep low tones with incredibly long sustain. This is a rare opportunity to experience one of the few gongs of this size produced in the world.
