This 90 minute yoga practice layers the principles of chromatic yoga, a system of deliberately designed pose sequences that deepen your body awareness and help you understand your own anatomy.

The focus is on key muscle groups and joint movements including flexion, extension, retraction and protraction, while integrating your entire body for functional mindful movement, enhancing strength, alignment and fluidity.

Through step by step layering postures you’ll gain more range of motion and ease, so that previously impossible poses will become surprisingly accessible. Feeling will be believing.
