Sound Meditation: A Guided Journey with Masha

Settle, listen, and receive.

This 60-minute class begins with a short guided practice, such as gentle meditation, yoga nidra, body scan, breathwork, or vocal toning, to help you arrive, unwind, and prepare your body to receive. We then move into an immersive sound journey, weaving together tones from singing bowls, gong, chimes, shruti box, and other overtone-rich instruments to create a deep field of resonance.

You're invited to simply lie down, listen, and let the vibrations guide you inward.

This is a space to rest, regulate, and reconnect with yourself with sound.

No experience necessary, come as you are.
