What to Expect:
- Opening Talk: Guided by Courtney Clifford, Psychotherapist, and Coach, this session will commence with a thought-provoking exploration of Parts Therapy. Using insights from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Courtney will shed light on the dynamics of our inner parts, which she refers to as the "Inner Collective," and provide valuable perspectives on how these parts shape both our internal experiences and external interactions.
- Guided Journey: Engage in a guided journey designed to help you meet and connect with your Inner Collective. This journey incorporates elements of parts work, guided visualization, and breathwork, allowing you to explore and integrate different aspects of yourself in a supportive and nurturing environment.
-Journal Reflection: After the guided journey, you'll have the opportunity for introspection through prompted journal writing. This reflective practice aims to deepen your understanding of your Inner Collective and unearth personal insights.
- Q&A Session: Conclude the experience with a Q&A session, during which you can share your reflections, ask questions, and gain further clarity on your journey from Courtney.
Courtney Clifford is an NYU Trained and Trauma Informed Coach, Equine Assisted Psychotherapist, and Founder of The Inner Collective, based in New York City and Long Island, NY. She has worked as a Coach and Facilitator for corporations like Porsche Cars of North America and with individuals, creatives, founders, and groups for over a decade. Courtney's sessions delve into the nuanced dynamics of relationships, cultivating deeper connections and self-trust for more authentic and meaningful relationships. She is currently finalizing her Masters' degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has led workshops for NYIT Medical Students, The UN Foundation, Girls Inc., The Well NYC, and Cochran Real Estate, among others.
